Health Safety Environment (HSE)

HSE Policy

PT. Nurman Mitra Sentosa as a company that bound by government regulation No. 1 Year 1970 about Occupational Safety. The company commited to achieve the number and severity of accidents, injuries, illnesses, and environmental pollution close to the minimum by simultaneously put OHSA (Occupational Health & Safety Assessment) with production process at the same level for safe workplace and environment to all employee, customers and visitors.
To achieve the objectives above, the Company establish policies as follow:
1. Put OHSA as highest priority in all operation activities.
2. Provide documented procedures and work instruction as a tool of OHSAS implementation.
3. Obey all government Applicable Regulations and ensure the suitability of Applicable Regulations in accordance of business scope.
4. Provide informations, instructions, trainings, and periodic supervisions to support OHSA activities for all employee and customers.
5. Provide supporting mechanism to all employees that assist them maintaining and improving their physical and mental health.

Drug Policy

PT. Nurman Mitra Sentosa strictly prohibits the use, sale, purchase, possesion of any controlled substance (without any medical purpose) by any employee in the workshop, office and field project.
This policy is established to ensure there is no alcohol and any controlled substance abuse in workplace. The company entitled to conduct any necessary action regarding the prevention of alcohol and controlled subtance abuse in workplace. Any officer or employee found positive for use dangerous drugs should be dealt administratively (termination of employment without severance pay).
This policy is stating that PT. Nurman Mitra Sentosa comply with regulation of Indonesian Ministry of Manpower & Transmigrasion No. PER.11/MEN/VI/2005.
This policy shall be documented, be implemented and be communicated to all PT. Nurman Mitra Sentosa’s employees.

Safe Driving Policy

PT. Nurman Mitra Sentosa has an objective to improve safe driving behaviour and culture, accordingly, we can achieve the effectiveness and productivity at work also zero driving accident.
To achieve the objectives above, all management levels & workers of PT. Nurman Mitra Sentosa shall:
1. Put safe driving as high priority by obey the traffic regulations established by the Company and Government.
2. Implement safe driving behaviour, efficiently and responsibly by:
a. Do not use phone while driving.
b. Do not drive under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
c. Always use seatbelt while driving.
d. Comply with the maximum speed limit and always ensure safety between vehicles.
e. Always aware towards the behaviour of other road users.
3. Always drive with proper and healthy mind.
4. Take an active role in campaigning about safe driving.

SWA Policy

ALL employess of NMS have the right & responsibility to use STOP WORK AUTHORITY anytime an UNSAFE ACTION and/or UNSAFE CONDITION is noticed or if unsure of what is expected.
